We recommend a minimum of two hours for private lessons because this allows you to make real progress over the course of the lesson.

We find that in a one-hour lesson, given that a certain amount of time is inevitably spent on uplift, the amount that can be achieved is quite limited. Two hours allows time for the instructor to assess your skiing, discuss your goals with you and then develop those goals on suitable terrain.

In low season we do offer a one-hour slot from 9-10am. This can be a good option for those with a very specific objective, those wanting a very general tune-up or those on a tight schedule or budget.
